DESCRIPTION:Un atelier en groupe pour se libérer de l’emprise. Durant ces 4 séances\, il sera proposé un processus qui utilisera l’art-thérapie et l’hypnose ericksonienne pour prendre conscience de comment ce phénomène s’est infiltré en soi\, réfléchir aux conditionnements et croyances qui ont amené à cette situation d’emprisonnement\, réécrire ses valeurs afin de progressivement démêler les éléments enchevêtrés\, se détacher du passé et se tourner vers le neuf. \nLe processus se déroule en 4 séances.
